The 2 bedrooms have a balcony and from the balcony of the master bedroom you have beautiful views of the community pool and gardens. The apartment has air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms upstairs.

The Urbanization Villacana has restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, laundry, 4 swimming pools and communal gardens and is on the beachfront.
